I am a registered social worker (RSW) and clinical specialist (provisional) holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Calgary (2020), with a specialization in Leadership in Human Services.

Since beginning clinical practice in 2023, I have supported mental health counselling for a range of ages from young children to adults. My interests include supporting people coping with mood disorders (anxiety, depression), neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD), loss and grief, adjusting to major life transitions, and processing historical and current trauma. I provide neuro and trans-affirming care, from a trauma-informed and attachment-based practice.
