Social Work practice is regulated by the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers (NSCSW). I have been registered with the NSCSW, I am currently provisionally licensed as a Clinical Specialist, which allows me to practice privately as a therapist.

In my social work practice, I provide individual, family, and couples counselling therapy. I work from an Attachment-based philosophy, supporting people at all ages and stages to work through and process their own stories and challenges. I support clients to build healthy skills in coping with mood disorders (anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autisim Spectrum Disorder), major transitions and loss.

I am a registered clinical social worker (RSW) holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Calgary (2020), with a specialization in Leadership in Human Services.

Since beginning clinical practice in 2023, I have supported a range of ages from young children to adults. My interests include, supporting people coping with mood disorders (anxiety, depression), neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD), loss and grief, adjusting to major life transitions, and processing historical and current trauma.

I services for multiple ages including young children, youth, adults, and seniors. I am neuro and trans-affirming, with a trauma-informed and attachment-based practice.

I also offer structured therapeutic programming in Theraplay.
